About

Who runs this site, and how

AICoworkApp.com is an independent guide to desktop AI agents. This page explains who publishes it, how we check what we publish, what we earn from and what we do not, and how to correct us.

Reviewed 17 August 2026. Prices are US list, ex-tax, and change often — verify on official pages.

Who we are

WebHub360

This site is published by WebHub360, based in Switzerland. We publish a small network of independent guides covering AI tools, subscriptions and pricing. You can reach us at info@webhub360.ch, or through our contact page.

We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Microsoft, Anthropic or Perplexity, and we do not have a commercial relationship with any of them. Product names are the trademarks of their respective owners.

Method

How we research and check

The process behind every number on this site.

1

Official sources first

Every price, plan name, platform claim and capability is checked against the vendor's own documentation — pricing pages, help centres, changelogs and developer docs. Where a vendor's own pages disagree with each other, which happens more often than you would expect, we say so on the page.

2

Named press for the rest

Where a vendor does not publish something — adoption figures, retirement dates, user complaints — we use named, reputable reporting and attribute it. We do not cite SEO aggregator sites, and there are a great many of them in this category.

3

We say when we do not know

Several important facts here are simply unpublished: OpenAI's dollar-per-credit rate, Free and Go usage limits, Perplexity's hardware requirements for Personal Computer. We flag these as unpublished rather than repeating a number we found on a blog.

4

Dated, and re-checked

Every page carries a review date. This category repriced repeatedly through 2026 — Copilot Pro retired, the Codex app discontinued, GitHub Copilot moved to usage-based billing, Microsoft raised suite prices. Treat any page here older than a quarter with the same suspicion you should apply to anyone else's.

5

No paid placement

Nobody can pay to appear on this site, to be ranked higher, or to have a criticism removed. If that ever changes, this page changes first and the disclosure goes at the top of every affected page.

6

Corrections are welcome

If something here is wrong, tell us and we will fix it and note the change. Vendors included — if we have misdescribed your product, we would rather hear from you than keep it up.

Commercial relationships

Short version: we have none with the companies we compare.

QuestionAnswer
Do you have affiliate links to Codex, Copilot, Claude or Perplexity? No. Links to those products are plain links, and several are marked nofollow.
Are you paid by any vendor featured here? No. No vendor has paid for placement, ranking, review or removal of criticism.
Do you link to your own sites?Yes. We publish other guides — AI Bundle Guide, AI Subscription Guide and Abbonamenti IA — and they are linked in the footer. Those are ours and we say so here rather than presenting them as independent third parties.
Do you use AI to write this site?Yes, as a drafting and research tool, with human review of every factual claim against the sources listed on each page. We think saying so is more useful than pretending otherwise.
Do you run ads?Not at present.

Limits

What this site is not

Not advice, and not a substitute for the vendor's own pages

This is editorial comparison, not professional advice. Prices are US list, in USD, excluding tax, and differ by region — Swiss and EU pricing in particular. Plan contents, availability and terms change frequently and often without announcement.

Before you buy anything on the strength of a page here, check the vendor's own pricing page. We list our sources on every page precisely so you can do that quickly. If our page and the vendor's page disagree, the vendor is right and we are out of date — and we would appreciate you telling us.
