This is a static website with no accounts, no comments and no advertising. It collects very little. This page explains exactly what, and what your rights are.

What is actually processed
Server logs
Our hosting provider processes standard request data — IP address, browser user agent, the URL requested and the time — as a technical necessity of delivering a website and defending it against abuse. The lawful basis is legitimate interest under GDPR Article 6(1)(f). We do not use these logs to build profiles of visitors.
If you write to us
If you email info@webhub360.ch, we process your address and whatever you put in the message, for the purpose of replying. We keep correspondence only as long as it is useful, and we do not add you to any mailing list.
Where we send you
This site links to vendor pages and to other guides we publish. Once you follow a link you are on someone else's site under their privacy policy, not ours. We have no control over what they collect.
Not aimed at children
This is a guide to business software and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly process their data.
Your rights
Under GDPR and Swiss FADP
What you can ask for
If you are in the EU, EEA or UK, GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Swiss residents have comparable rights under the revised Federal Act on Data Protection.
In practice, unless you have emailed us, we almost certainly hold nothing about you beyond what sits transiently in our host's server logs. To exercise any of these rights, write to info@webhub360.ch and we will respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland, the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC); in the EU, your national data protection authority.

If this page changes
We will update the review date at the top of this page whenever this policy changes. There is no mailing list to notify, so if this matters to you, the date is the thing to check. This version: 17 August 2026.
