Corrections come first
A factual error on a live page is the thing we most want to hear about, and the thing we act on fastest.
We are a small operation
We are not a newsroom with a duty desk. We read everything, but we cannot promise a same-day reply.
Some requests get a no
We do not sell placement, we do not remove criticism on request, and we do not publish vendor copy as editorial. Asking is fine; the answer will not change.
